“Overall very satisfied with the service provided. Had 12 trees removed two stumps ground and a few trees trimmed. Big Branch was very considerate with our property. They confirmed where our septic tank was located, took care to use pads to protect the grass, and was careful not to disturb our neighbors cherished azaleas.
Only one problem which I will contribute to miss communication. There was a smaller tree that I believed was part of the agreement. However as they were almost finished I noticed it had not been removed. After discussing with the foreman of the crew we agreed they would remove it also and only asked that we tip the crew.
Big Branch did an awesome job removing all the derbis, left our property in excellent condition. We Would recommend Big Branch for our friends and our Foxmeadow neighbors.“
