Jake, the owner, examined our foundation for us and was completely honest with what we did and did not need. He went above and beyond with the services he provided and I cannot express enough how wonderful he was to work with! I highly recommend his company for any of your foundation needs!

Above and beyond! I thought they were coming in to fix the joists so this old house wouldn’t collapse. I had no idea about all the other things that would happen due to their work. The whole frame of the house was straightened. The doors don’t stick. The ceilings are straight. I thought our original hard wood floors were rotten because the felt so soft. Not anymore! They feel normal and don’t need to be replaced! Such beautiful floors! There’s so much more that I’m sure I’ll remember after I post this. I would recommend anyone with an old above grade home to contact Sweet Water Preservation to see if their house would benefit them even if you are not aware of problems. Plan early though as it takes a while to get them. I would also like to add that Jake has the highest integrity and is a truly good person. One more add...they did a lot more than promised! Highly recommend. Thank you! Wood house built in 1957, that was poorly cared for by previous owners.

Jake and his team rebuilt practically all my piers and leveled my 110 year old home. They took the time to make sure everything in the house felt right, even in places I didn’t even notice. We also hired them to open up a new doorway in our home, which they took the time to make sure it was to our specifications. If you like quality and want someone you can trust to take care of your home, Sweetwater Preservation is the way to go.
