Scott's Affordable Towing inc

We had a flat tire and had called for a tow truck. While waiting, I decided to try to change the tire myself in spite of age and health issues. While trying to get the spare out from the underside of my truck, Scott's Towing pulled up and started helping. It was not until several minutes after Carl started working did I realize that he was not who had been called but just a good Samaritan who saw us and wanted to help. He would not charge us. I have to say that if the folks at Scott's are the kind of people who will help strangers just out of the kindness of their hearts, you have to know that they will treat paying customers even better. We were so grateful to Carl and Scott's towing.

We called at 8pm on the side of a busy highway in the rain. Roland was friendly, quoted a great price and made it to us in about 30 minutes. He loaded the car up with ease, despite it being electronically locked in park. He even let the both of us ride in the tow truck back home, an hour away, and held conversation with us throughout the ride. The whole process felt swift and easy. Definitely our new go-to tow truck company! Thank you Roland!

Very good service. I cannot remember who serviced me but he was very kind to my father and I and reassured my car would make it safe. Good towing service! Very quick as well. Dispatcher was polite and friendly as well.
