I took my dog in today for the first time to be groomed. Sierra was her groomer & did an amazing job with Stella. Stella is a very nervous girl in strange surroundings, Sierra took her time with her & made her feel at ease. She also did an amazing job on her nails, something Stella absolutely hates!! We will definitely be back💜💜💜
Shoutout to Travis in the grooming department at Petsense! He was professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain multiple options so Luka received the best care and services for the cost. Excellent customer service and such a kind approach. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll gladly recommend him to family and friends! Blessings to him!
Aaron was great! We unknowingly stayed 15 minutes past closing, he didn’t rush us, he didn’t come up to us and tell us they closed he just let us walk around and explore. He was super kind and helpful! We will definitely be coming back with our dog! They have some great stuff that I know she will be excited to try.
