He took the time to explain multiple options so Luka received the best care and services for the cost. Excellent customer service and such a kind approach. Aaron was great! We unknowingly stayed 15 minutes past closing, he didn’t rush us, he didn’t come up to us and tell us they closed he just let us walk around and explore. He was super kind and helpful! We will definitely be coming back with our dog! They have some great stuff that I know she will be excited to try.
My wife and I visited the Petsense location in Middleburg to get our dog's nails cut. Aspen is the sweetest guy you will ever meet, but he doesn't care to have his feet touched, and he was well overdue for a nail trim. The two groomers at this store made Aspen feel safe and managed to get it done with the utmost of care. He was like a bucking bronco, but they handled him gently, and professionally, while being super personable with us, the nervous owners. Five stars all around. Everyone at this Petsense was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back.
