Bryan is a very reasonable person and he does solid work on everything I've sent to him. My most recent repair was no easy task and had a number of niche issues that kept popping their heads up. Once one thing was fixed another issue reared it's ugly head, but Bryan and crew chased them all down (going as far as tearing entire top half of engine down) and got everything back in working order. The process did take a little longer than originally planned but that's to be expected with the problems he faced with my car and I was kept up to date at all times. Highly recommended to all BMW and Mini owners
