We met their Serice Manager by chance and exchanged contact info. My concern with our new house was that the HVAC was not properly sized. We ask for a maintenance plan and an analysis of our system. Their tech Jon, with me watching over his shoulder (he agreed in advance) went over our system from the inside out taking measurements and checking everything. His approach was methodical, and he documented and explained everything about our system. The bottom line, we are no longer concerned about this home's HVAC System.
