I recently found this store needing to get my (what the idiots @ the Apple Store said was faulty) Charging-Port in my dead iPhone replaced. I'd been going back an forth talking repeatedly with Apple Support over the phone as well as visiting my local Santa Monica Apple store several times. Countless frustrating hours on both.
Definitely PROFESSIONALISM makes the difference !! And that's why this store deserve FIVE stars in all they offer.
