I enjoyed my experience at the Intercontinental overall. My massage was great. The price point is a bit higher for the area and they didn’t have full amenities (jacuzzi) which are typically found in a spa like this. Also, there were not enough towels readily available in the locker room which was a bit inconvenient but the attendant came quickly to replenish. However once replenished the attendant did mention a rule of 1 towel per person which didn’t make any sense since you need a towel in the steam room (wet area), sauna and then shower and you can’t expect someone to use that dirty towel repeatedly.

As a fellow massage therapist, finding a session that goes above and beyond your standards can be very difficult to come by. Jack did exactly that and then some , im still not sure how she got so much done in only 50 minutes! Best massage i have ever had , hands down !

The experience was better than I expected! I was greeted with kindness and felt welcomed! I had Bree for a deep tissue massage and she was magnificent! She met all my needs in 50 mins. The staff have been amazing and the room is absolutely beautiful! I will be visiting/going to the spa, again when I visit Miami
