I was visiting from Bend, Oregon. My hair color was in desperate need of repair. Based on all the fabulous reviews, I decided to try Sam Dino. Although he was remodeling Johari salon, he generously invited me to his private hair studio out of his home. I was blown away by this little tropical sanctuary. Not only did he make my hair prettier than it has ever looked, it was a true Miami experience, off the beaten path, only privy to locals. Sammy is the true Renaissance of hair.

Either at his salon in Coconut Grove or the cool studio he has in the backyard of his house in dadeland which has a lovely view of tropical plants, koi ponds, and pool. Sammy is the best. He works hard to get you in when needed and does a great job at making your hair look good and stay healthy. I have been going to him for years now and I get so many compliments on my hair color.

This is my second time going to Sam, and I dont know why I took such a long hiatus away from him. Well actually I do, I was trying to be cheap (like Supercuts cheap) and totally destroyed my hair (both color and cut), but I promise I've learned my lesson! Sam is amazing and fixed my wonky haircut and I, for the first time in a long time, love my hair. Also to note that for Covid and other reasons he saw me at his home studio which is super cute and actually even more convenient for me! Thank you again Sam! I'll be back for a color appointment soon!
