If you're looking for a headache, this is the wrong company. I paid for Vertilux motors for my shades and blackouts, but the company owner decided to try a new motor without my permission or consent from a person they trusted. From that point on, things went downhill. The installation was problematic, the customer service was lacking, and the company ignored my calls for weeks on end. I have a large retractable shade that spans three sliding glass doors. The shade suddenly would not go up or down. I called Melissa at Zalkim, and she was very responsive. Her team came over, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor, and gave me an estimate which was very reasonble. About 5 parts needed replacement. We made an appointment to have the work done, and her team came over at the appointed time, and did a good job. They taught me how to use the new remote control, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The new motor works fine, I'm very happy.

they have a very bad costumer service and they don't know how to respect the person that want to do business with them .
I have never encountered a business company that operates like this!!! i need to keep call and text to make sure that u are serious to do business ! We kept summarizing things about the deal, and a few days later they told me something else. When we agreed on a price they told me to pay 50% deposit, I asked for a contract, and then they told me they did not have ,and that they would come the next day with a contract, but of course they did not answer again, and did not come, and I had to call non-stop.
