I have a large retractable shade that spans three sliding glass doors. The shade suddenly would not go up or down. I called Melissa at Zalkim, and she was very responsive. Her team came over, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor, and gave me an estimate which was very reasonble. About 5 parts needed replacement. We made an appointment to have the work done, and her team came over at the appointed time, and did a good job. They taught me how to use the new remote control, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The new motor works fine, I'm very happy.

Second time we use Zalkim in our home after 25 years haha Goes to show you how great of an experience it was working with them the first time, and of course this second. The customer service is fantastic and Melissa, the owner, is amazing to work with. We love how everything came out and highly recommend to anyone wanting to redo their blinds.

Thank you so much Melissa for a wonderful job in our home! We had a newborn baby coming in about a week from when I called her and decided I needed blackout curtains for our master bedroom. She had availability to come out that same day to give me a quote, came within an hour. Curtains were up a week later! I didn’t even shop around as I felt her price was fair for the quality. Very pleased overall and highly recommend!
