The only private workout class that I have ever been able to stick with. I feel encouraged and welcomed every time I come in, and I can see a complete transformation of my Body as well. It’s a well rounded workout and if I could go every day, I would !
Love this place. Unfortunately had to cancel because there is no location in Ft. Lauderdale area. They should definitely open one in Ft. Lauderdale so I can rejoin!
Sweat 440 Miami Lakes is by far the best gym Ive ever been to. The 40 minute work outs are not only convenient but efficient. The coaches are great, Francis, Eva, David, Apollo and specially coach Ali, love her energy!
