Difficult job but Phixser came through! Michel assessed the area very well, provided various options and selected the best one. The lights went on with no problem. Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after work had been done. At the end, they asked me to test the outlets to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I appreciated that he kept me informed during every step.
Hernan has a wonderful customer service manner. Quickly understood my issue and addressed it immediately and accordingly. Phixser solutions was able to get me into the schedule urgently do to the issue at hand..I greatly appreciate your services. If I have an issue in the future I know exactly who to call. Hernan was very knowledgeable and fixed one of the issues with the electric panel. However, we were held hostage by AMERICAN HOME SHIELD home warranty policy as the system did not fail while the technician was here. Although the issue has been persistent for several
months, AHS categorized this as an upgrade. There have been two electricians advise that this breaker is defective however the repair was not made since it performed properly while Hernan was here. Shame on American Home Shield.
