Johnson, the service technician is always respectful, timely, and professional. He also seems to have eliminated the roach problem that existed in the apartment before I started renting. See you in three months!

September 16, 2024 Our Orkin technician, Alex, came to do our routine service. As usual, he texted ahead of time, texted when he arrived and a few minutes after, he was at our house knocking on the door with a smile. Even our dog likes his visit. Shoes off, Alex, quickly but thoroughly went about his business. We are so happy with our service. Thanks Alex and Orkin.

I have been with orkin for a while now and I have only had one issue with scheduling, they said they were coming but never came. They fixed there mistake the following week and came out. Communication is great and if you have an issue they are willing to help. The service they provide is topnotch and they are great. I love how I can ask them to come back if needed. Karl is great and very kind and listens to concerns I have. He makes sure the property is taking care of. Thank you for your service.
