“What a fantastic place! Ishmael,in particular, an incredible, warm, understanding person. Took my wife's galaxy 8+ relic phone. Phone, not turning on. Immediately they diagnosed the situation and started working on it. We explained that we just wanted it to turn on so we could get info from the memory. They put a new battery and realized it was a defective ic chip. Ishmael tried and get it going, trying to send info to the cloud so it could be .downloaded to the new phon. He tried, had it going overnight. Phone uploaded some of the info, pictures and contacts but would go out. The chip was getting so hot he had to give up.At least the most important stuff was uploaded. We recieved several calls about the lack of progress . I said do your best. He called said it was not posible to do more and would be reurning our payment. When we picked it up, we told him that he needed to be paid for all the work. It was only 30 dollars! Didn't seem fair, even with the bad result they, should be paid! This is THE place to take your tech items folks. Hard to find an HONEST place any more. I recommend this location with no reservations what so ever! Happy new year!“

“I left my phone on the roof of my sister's car when she was leaving the other day. When I couldn't find it I used a localizing app to find it on I-75, completely smashed and broken apart. It wasn't turning on and I thought I completely lost all my storage. I bought a new phone and went to them to see if they could somehow restore my data. The man was completely honest with let me know what my options were. He took the time to hook up my motherboard with new parts so I could download my information and let me stay there to make sure everything went through. If I hadn't gotten the new phone I would've let him rebuilt it from scratch because I could see his expertise. He has over 10 years experience and was very professional.
