Been going there for 15 yrs.Seen many different owners past through there.Present owners.Nit to friendly, new staff is without courtesy from last owner staff.
They cut and dry without a professional demeanor. There is a guy with shorts who walks around the store with an attitude.Prices are inflated.especially on the chinese made products, spiritual dolls and stock. They need a little more CSR and care to customer.Not all about the dollars new owners.There is many competitors in your area.So change the criteria of your store, on personality.
