Put on hold for excessively long wait times then disconnected multiple times. Wait times to speak to someone are ridiculous. Demanded my social security number then never called for my scheduled telehealth appointment. Don't waste your time here.

I was scheduled for a phone appointment on 7/5/2023 at 1pm. After I took off the time from work to be able to have the appointment they called 15 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they did not take my insurance. This is very frustrating because when I called to make my appoint they told me that they did take my insurance. I was then told that to speak with a therapist they would charge me $150 and when I asked if they could provide me a discount for the inconvenience and waste of time they told me that they were unable to. Hialeah location is more attentive than Miami Lakes. Was on hold forever. Do not answer the phone. The supervisor, Carlos, has no idea what he is doing. He made my mental health worse rather than advising me for alternatives to my situation. He promised to call me back to sort some things out. I waited two weeks just to call back and hear that he hadnt even started to work on a letter I was waiting for. Then ended up not even solving the problem for me and wasting my time. The doctors are nice but simply ask what I want rather than diagnosing me.
