This company is rated A+ on the BBB website and I personally attest that I received A+ service from Guardian Hurricane Protection.I never leave reviews, but they definitely deserved one. From the first call until the installment, everything was great. I knew what was going on every step of the process and I did not have to chase anyone for answers to my questions/concerns. The installer was professional and showed me how to use my accordion shutters. Very personable.I received quotes from varies companies when I started my search for accordion shutters. While other companies were charging $650+ for permit fees, Guardian Hurricane Protection only charges their clients what they pay the city for your permit. I was provided a receipt once the permit was pulled, and it was significantly less than $650.00. While other companies are trying to make additional money off their customers, Guardian Hurricane Protection is transparent. I appreciated that.Maria was very attentive and helpful. Andrea as well.
