DELORES PROFESSIONAL TAX SERVICE
“From the moment I walked into Dolores Tax Services feeling overwhelmed and stressed about an IRS situation, Dolores gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time—hope. She looked me in the eyes and confidently said, “Everything is going to be okay. We’ll figure it out.” And she kept that promise.
Her dedication and work ethic are truly unmatched. There were nights we worked until 2:00 in the morning, going through every document line by line, searching for every mistake and every error to prove that I had done nothing wrong. I was exhausted and ready to call it a night, but Dolores never lost focus. She never complained, never rushed, and never let fatigue get in the way. Her only goal was making sure every detail was correct and every problem was solved.
What impressed me the most was how much she genuinely cared. She checked on me throughout the process, patiently explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She kept organized copies for me, for the IRS, and for her records. She covered every possible angle and left absolutely nothing to chance.
Dolores is more than a tax professional—she is compassionate, determined, incredibly knowledgeable, and fiercely committed to her clients. She doesn’t stop until the job is done, and she fights for you as if your case were her own. That kind of dedication is rare to find.
If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their profession, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Dolores Tax Services. She is simply the best, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did for me.”
