Toilets, tubs, sinks were all of a sudden backing up in a newly renovated house with new plumbing. Michael and his partner (I forgot his name) came out promptly. Patiently, they found the septic tank, then opened it and HONESTLY said that the tank was clean, didn't need a costly drain-out. Instead, it just needed a simple flush from the trap to the tank. This was done, checked that the water was flowing swiftly and properly, and then the lid of the septic tank was cemented lightly so no dirt would go in when it rained or otherwise. Was called to inspect and clean septic tank, after Roto-plumbers claimed,this was the issue for a clogged Drain. I called Mr. C'S and they sent over two Men (Richard and Norman) over. They not only found and cleared the clog. They informed me of real concern regarding drain. I wished I called them instead of Roto routers. Mr. C was not only cheaper, but all labor done same day, and, both men knew their trade. Will ve calling first next time.
Richard & Norman arrived within the time frame appointment I was given. Both very nice guys. They looked at what needed to be done and got to it. Within 20 minutes they were done emptying our holding tank. We will definitely call upon them when needed in the future & certainly refer them to others.
