We had a driver down with starter issues. Keep in mind the start had been recently replaced by a previous diesel mechanic in another state. Nonetheless, the truck would not start AGAIN. Called Kingdom Truck & Trailer, the gentleman was nice, professional, the service was promp, and most importantly the starter issues was fixed. I wrote this review weeks after to ensure the issue was indeed fixed. Last but not least, the cost of the call and repair was more than reasonable. Thank you Kingdom Truck & Trailer!
We needed an oil change as soon as possible, and no one else in the area was available except him. He completed the oil change very quickly and charged a very reasonable price. We really appreciate his fast and reliable service.

John provided exceptional roadside service and was extremely fair with his pricing. He originally came out at 6 PM and planned to complete the repair for around $500. Unfortunately, the replacement part available at the time turned out to be incorrect for our newer truck.
Despite that, John spent several hours working on the truck and trying every possible solution to get us back on the road. When it became clear the part would not work, he did not charge us for all of that extra time and effort.
The next morning, he searched multiple suppliers to locate the correct tensioner and belt, which was very difficult because the truck is a newer model. After finally finding the right parts, he returned, completed the repair, and got us back on the road.
The final bill was $880, including the higher-cost parts and the additional trip. Considering the amount of time, effort, and dedication involved, the price was more than fair and still less than many repair shops would have charged.
John was honest, hardworking, and determined to solve the problem. It's rare to find someone willing to put in that much effort without trying to take advantage of the customer.
Highly recommended. If I ever need roadside truck repair again, John will be my first call. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
