It was a great experience visiting Irises spine and joint. The office manager Ms. Cynthia was very friendly, professional and always smiling and ready to answer your question. Dr. Yepez is very concerned about her patients, she would ask is it okay, how was that? She wear her smile always just like her uniform. Andre and Jorge always says hi with a smile even if you're not their patient. The team greet all patient by their name. Awesome team who take care of all patient.
For starters I love the customer service here just walking in the door and talking with the receptionist (Melba) she always makes me feel welcomed. Moving on to the therapist (Andres, Jorge) they are excellent every time I walk out the office I feel like a new woman. (Lol) and last but not least Dr. Blinder he is so attentive and always addresses my issues I greatly appreciate him.
