The worst of the worst - this old building has inadequate cooling systems, a leaky roof, mold, rat noises in the ceiling, plus roaches and ants within the unit. They use invalid lease clauses to mislead tenants, evade liability, and unlawfully withhold deposits. They fail to disclose the true condition of the premises, deceiving tenants into leasing unsafe, inadequate spaces. This building is owned by MIAMI GARDENS OFFICE CENTER LLC, with charges handled by DERHY FINANCIAL SERVICES, L.L.C. (Registered Agents: DAVID HADAR - DERHY, DVIR). If you're a victim, file a complaint with the State Attorney's Office, FTC, or any regulatory agency.

I love Abigale M.'s post about the place. So true! I was considering opening an office here and Dvir, the owner is an absolute moron and very rude! I don't know how he owns a place with zero real world experience. He cannot run this place and doesn't know what he is doing. Don't rent here. Dvir the owner is very unprofessional I rented from him for 5 months he constantly tried to raise rent without notice or reason and he would always try to attach extra fees for nothing he illegally evicted me because he claimed he owed the city over $350,000 in fines and fees which has nothing to do with me he is a scam artist and a thief don't go Miami office center to rent for your businesses or in the parking lot he tried to get my rv towed away for no reason and he made me have to move and is still withholding my deposit as well as the prorated days which are the days I wasn't able to finish that month and still haven't received it and the lady working... read full review
