I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years , some of the staff know me. Unfortunately I can not come here anymore. The times that I’ve gone , I always get a rushed job my nails fall off in a day or so and never get what I pay for. Keep in my mind I work in this industry so I tip well even when I am not happy.

A few times I get a good tech , that’s very seldomly . I understand everyone needs to work but if all your employees are not trained to do good work they shouldn’t have them in rotation yet . I came to g nail spa, 19925 NW 2nd ave. Bay 4 and they use cross contamination with their waxing pot all their towels have marks on it they don’t use barbicide to clean their implements. They use illegal MMA monomer for acrylic and when getting acrylic they’re supposed to soak your nails off and they don’t, they get a business card and pop your nails off causing damage to the nail. They cut my toes and when I asked appropriately the receptionist flailed her arms and didn’t care and said what do you want me to do. A lot of the nail technicians in there are not even licensed.

I don't recommend this salon, I spent $90 and did my nails only 3 days ago, and they're all falling apart + I didn't get what I asked, the guy insisted in doing what he wanted to do,they all have a big issue with communication, I speak 2 languages and he didn't understand anything, a total disaster
