I used to go twice a month. Not anymore. Most of the time they do Good work but the workers are so rude and have no respect for it’s customers. They are DEFINITELY no customers friendly. When they first opened about 5 or 7 years ago, you would get a smile. Now, their attitudes are either take it or leave it-Sit and wait or go. Now They have so many customers and forget to be pleasant!

I’ve been going to the Nail Salon for about 2years always used Tiffany or David (Excellent Techs) can duplicate any design. However, these last few months 2022. Tiffany always seems to be too busy (RUDE, TALKS ABOUT CLIENTS TO OTHER CLIENTS GETTING SERVICED)and David lately has been Very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL upon me asking for service WITHOUT reason.. I went in the the Salon Friday to not ONLY be TALKED (VIETAMESE)about and HE REFUSED SERVICING ME … I used another tech and REALIZED that my MONEY can be SPENT ELSEWHERE!! As all good things in life, it's not easy these days to find a Diamonds in the rough!! Mia, is my go to person; in this find, She listens and attentively do my nails. I despise the sanding machine they use to shape and clean up, that somehow cuts into my nail bed, making them brittle. she takes great care when removing the gel in order not to go in to much. We're here to Relax, get a service done that we're not able to do ourselves. It's really about the pampering, great service, that gets me to keep going back to Crystal's Nail Salon & Spa.
