“Great communication, great customer service. Jason was our rep. Reyan and Malcome were are installers. They were fantastic and did an awesome job, it was hot! Only frustrating part was Reyan having to wait on some additional item that the front office didn’t load on truck. The crew should be able to look over their order prior to going to job. It didn’t impact us at all but just felt bad that install took longer for crew than need be. Would definitely recommend Superior Fence and Rail.“

“The fence is great until it’s not. We had a technician come repair the lead wires and he had to do something to their collars so they stayed in the yard. With that said that night our female lost her prongs in which I immediately called the office which is in Tampa by the way and the lady stated she would send two sets out so that we could use the ones we thought were best. Called today to state we haven’t received them going on day two this lady said it would be three to five days. The lady I spoke to said two. Of course these days the customer is never right! I would recommend the fence but customer service sucks!“

They were professional in that they kept me informed throughout the process, the crew installing my fence was punctual, courteous, made sure the yard was free of any pieces as I have a dog and didn’t want him eating them. The cost of the fence was reasonable and looks great!“
