Adam was at our home this week for the annual maintenance on a system we purchased from Weather Engineers. He was exceptionally thorough and took the time to answer my questions. Communication was outstanding from the office and him so I had an approximate arrival time update. I highly recommend Weather Engineers and it was a very good decision to choose their business (several years ago) to install my new system. Thank you!
Adam did a maintenance check today and did a thorough checking the system. He checked the capacitor and presented the part for our inspection as it needed to be replaced. We are very pleased with the service we received today.!
I called Weather Engineers Air Conditioning and Heating this morning. Although they couldn’t accommodate my request for same-day service, Nathan, the owner, went above and beyond to help me diagnose the issue with my unit. After I explained what I had discovered and shared my plan, he offered professional advice and helpful tips. What impressed me most was that he encouraged me to reach out anytime if I had further questions or concerns even though I’m not a current customer. His genuine passion and dedication to his business really shine through. I wish more companies had the same mindset!
