The team is noted for their accessibility and attentiveness, always willing to help and answer questions even after hours. Andy Waterman is highlighted for his in-depth market knowledge, community connections, and problem-solving skills. Linda and Sherri were very helpful throughout the entire process of buying a first home, showing multiple properties with detailed information and answering calls at all times of the day. They went above and beyond to make sure the appliances were fixed correctly. Andy, McKenzie, Dana and Brenda were very helpful when selling a home, with Andy being straight forward with recommendations and selling the house the first week on the market. McKenzie, Dana and Brenda helped with paperwork and the admin part of the home sale. Everyone on Andy’s team is knowledgeable and friendly. Calls were always promptly answered. Waterman Real Estate is wonderful and highly recommended if you need a realtor.
Andy and his team did a great job of helping us sell a property at a time when the Florida market and the economy have been having a negative impact.
