These people here are welcoming, loving, caring, professional and very organized. I've been to allot of places like this Imagine Center but this tops them all. I left feeling happy that I came. Thank you all and God bless you always...

The entire staff at UCI are compassionate and amazing! From the employees at check-in to the call center scheduling. I know I will have forgotten someone's name, but in authorization, John is so caring and clearly puts patients needs first. Samantha and Carrie in scheduling exhibit the same kind of care and compassion. I hope they receive the recognition from their managers, as it is so well deserved.

I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks out. The day before my appointment, I received a call stating that they were waiting for approval from my insurance for my appointment. Then added they put in for the approval 2 days ago… but asked my insurance to put it through as a “rush” on it.
Why not put in for approval when my appointment was made ?? Luckily, I was approved. If you schedule an appointment, call them a week out to make sure they have submitted your paperwork for insurance coverage.
I also inquired about receiving a disc before I left my appointment and was told I would receive one before I left…. not true. You will not get your disc then.
