Never had a Bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Haylee greets you with a smile at the window, the guys help you at the bay entrance and the vacuum area seams to always be neat and clean. I do personally recommend the wash packages ( saves money if your like me and wash the truck whenever I’m passing by) I will continue to use and support this locally owned and operated business. P.S. Hurry up and get that new location open, I’m ready to check it out too.

I used to like going to Bill's but since they sold out to "El" they raised the price of their least expensive external wash to $10. Tommy's is sitting at a pleasant and reasonable $8 for the same wash. Visited on 6-22-23 at 7:15pm. The very friendly yet professional young man who was the cashier saw my USAA card and informed me of a significant military discount of $3! Now the wash is a heckin' bargain. The wash doesn't have a track with rails but more of a conveyor belt. I like the idea of this because my wheels don't have to be *perfectly* lined up and perhaps it results in less wheel damage. This was was an awesome experience. I had a great time sitting through the wash. It was fast, efficient, and the staff was waving and smiling at me. I will be returning to this car wash and be getting a membership. The works wash works great. I washed the bugs off my car before coming and after I noticed my car was in a lot better condition then it was before. With a show room shine on my car when I left.
