We selected Todd Thomas Home to add an outdoor kitchen to our new home, and to transform an understairs space into a wine closet. We could not be more pleased with the results. Primary Bathroom Renovation- From the first consultation meeting to the final walk through, The staff at Todd Thomas Home were very professional, and great to work with. We really enjoyed using the Buildertrend App with them that was consistently updated with the schedule calendar, including documents and was easy to navigate with any change orders. I had a vision, knew what exactly I wanted and they were the perfect team to help execute/manage the whole project. Frank King was a top notch project manager and we’re thankful to him for helping to make this entire process smooth sailing. We just finished a job with Todd Thomas Homes which included renovating two 30 year-old bathrooms, new flooring for four separate rooms, paint in three rooms, and adding a closet in the master bedroom. Our supervisor, Greg, was very involved day to day. There were a few minor issues, as expected with any remodel job, but Greg made sure they were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. He is a great problem solver and even suggested some things that we had not thought about. The best part is they finished earlier than the estimate finish date.
