My husband and I have been working with Jim Clevenger at Springwater Homes for severely months to design the perfect home for our needs. Jim has been very patient with us as we worked out all the things we want and because we are tearing down our existing house to rebuild it has been rather emotional. Jim you have been a wealth of knowledge in helping us in this transition. Thank you Jim We have signed the paper and now the Springwater sign is planted in the front yard. We can't wait to move in.... Jim has built 2 other homes on are street and the owners have loved working with Jim. That is saying a lot!!

I can't say enough positive things about our buying experience with Vera and Jim. They made the buying process so easy for us. They were a delight to work with! They're both so humble and down to earth and they made themselves available at all times! We had a few very minor hiccups along the way but it didn't delay our closing date and they were both on top of everything! They never made us feel like we were a # in a long list of clients and they welcomed any and all questions/concerns we may of had. The house is of top quality, Jim didn't take any short cuts and we absolutely LOVE how our home turned out. All the little details really make a difference! We came in, in just enough time to customize our home and that made it even more exciting! All the suppliers were super nice and easy to work with as well. I hope in a few years when our family expands and we are ready to go a little bigger that Vera and Jim will still be selling/building these beautiful, top of the quality, efficient homes. They will be the 1st ones we come to. Thank you for such a wonderful buying experience!
