I wanted to do this for years and I finally got the chance to go. I’m so glad I went! As a first timer I was a little apprehensive but the team here made me feel very welcome. They let me know everything to be expected before hand so I was very comfortable. I had a amazing experience in my float session. It was such a stress relief. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended
over all very good experience. Wasn’t as intense as I was looking for. I did the infrared sauna. The detoxification setting. It was nice, but I felt like I needed more! The feng shui was absolutely relaxing, after the sauna, I got ready for the float, I took my before shower got into the dome, shut the dome and just floated. I didn’t use my whole time which was 45 minutes for the simple fact that the silence is too loud. I do wish that they had available audio options for manifestations this probably would have allowed me to fully relax and transition into the mindset that is presented when you walk in, I definitely will do this again probably in a few weeks after season and I’m gonna go for the cardio option in the sauna, which I hope is very very intense. Maybe the float again if I can bring my own audio to listen to while I relax, I did get a pretty cool huge dome salt lamp, some good scrubs and a 5lb bag of their magnesium sulfate salt. 8 out of 10! The staff is absolutely wonderful!!
