Incredible customer service
I don't even know where to start, everyone at Rad Ink has been so amazing and they're all so talented in their craft. Robbie has done several of my tattoos and does top notch work. On top of his superb talent he is also one of the coolest and most inspiring people I've had the privilege of meeting and spending time with. He makes every tattoo session one to remember. Donna, the shop mom and manager, is always on top of everything and so welcoming when you stop in. It's hard not to fall in love with her. Spike has pierced both my husband and I and does a fantastic job. he's knowledgeable, soft handed, and he's quick! He's managed to fix several crooked/misaligned piercings of mine over the past year and they always come out perfect. Highly recommend this shop for tattoos, piercings, and body jewelry if you're in the Melbourne area.
