Not a guy that usually writes reviews but wanted to share my experience. Our heat pump didn’t seem to be keeping up and the house seemed warm in the afternoons so called to arrange a service call. I didn’t expect to get service that day but I did. Jim diagnosed that unit needed a little charge and took care of it. He even followed up to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend Quality Air.

Originally recommended by a neighbor 2 years ago they gave us two more years of a unit in need of replacing. It was a weekend and I left an email off of their website and on Sunday Kim called me to set up appointment. Jim came Monday got us running once again!! On Thursday came back with Josh and installed a new unit. We are truly grateful and highly recommend them for all your AC needs. Thank you all. Jenn and MC.

We've depended on Quality Air's service for 25 years. They always get our a/c back on line the same day we call. Jim is an expert technician who can troubleshoot hard-to-find problems. They're service is very reliable at reasonable cost. We recommend them highly.Service: A/C system maintenance
