A first time visit that yielded a great haircut! Pat is my 4th stylist since moving to this area 2 yrs ago. It's been a long and depressing journey before finding Pat. I'm not hard to please by any means. Sadly I'm finding too my salons with poorly taught hair cutting and coloring stylists. I understand that Florida no longer requires a real person type cosmetology licensing exam with highly experienced cutting and coloring experts serving as judges who can physically watch them through the hair cutting and coloring processes.
