We are traveling and camping and reached out to Port St John for a couple of issues with our Aussie, was so pleased with the care we received! Very very good, spent a lot of time with us and happily the issues our dog was having have been corrected! Thank you very Much!

We have been clients of theirs for probably 25 years. I have never had a problem. They have seen me through some serious issues with my pets. I recently have been dealing with an issue with one of my dogs that I am struggling with. They have been very patient with my dozens of phone calls a day and take the time to answer every question and make sure I understand what I am doing during this time. Although I feel like i'm being a pest and apologize constantly they have never even sounded irritated about my calls..

They are very friendly and also focus on your pet and your needs for your pet. They politely answer questions and listen to you about the symptoms of your dog. When they can’t find a solution, they’ll refer you to a specialist. The proverbial “ they don’t buy the off more than they could chew”. Which I consider very professional. My dog was diagnosed with dry eye and he was successfully treated by his specialist, referred by Dr. Glenn. He still goes there for his shots and updates. She’s very thorough Dr. Alby treated Mazy. Unfortunately, she passed away from cancer at 16 1/2 years. She had a very good life Dr. Alby let us spend time with Mazy after she’s passed away; about an hour. She crossed over rainbow bridge at the home. We drove her to the vet to get her cremated. They were so wonderful. They treated us with respect and took. They didn’t care how long we took. They love your pet as much as you.
