Pampered Paws Pet Spa LLC is a highly recommended facility for pet grooming and boarding. Krysten provides excellent care, keeping owners informed about their pets with messages and pictures. Customers praise the quality of grooming, noting that their pets always look beautiful and smell amazing. Dogs especially seem to enjoy visiting Pampered Paws.
First time I LOVE ❤️ about Pampered Paws is the first class attention that you give to my angel 😇 Rosie Dutton...She is 13 years old and they are so caring and careful with her...She is never never afraid to be there...AND when we pick her up she is so clean and beautiful and smells ✨️ 💖 so very good AND THE BEST THING IS THAT SHE 💖 💕 GETS A TREAT!!!!!! Krysten was our English Bulldog’s groomer and boarder for the last few years. Lucy was old, didn’t like barking dogs or loud places, and she rarely liked people. Fortunately for all of us, Lucy trusted Krysten. During Lucy’s better days, Krysten groomed her every other week for us just to iterate how often we saw Krysten. Unfortunately, Krysten filled a role for us yesterday that none of us wanted her to have to fill. That role was to rush Lucy to the vet, FaceTime us while we were in TX on a flight layover and while were all in tears, and then hold our girl as she was put to sleep due to an unknown tumor the vet found. There’s no one else who we would have rather had in that room with Lucy for her last breath. She didn’t trust anyone else and we know she was comforted having Krysten in the room when we couldn’t be. We’re not sure how to show our gratitude to Krysten for the help and love she provided on this horrible day in all of our lives. We will forever be grateful though.
Krysten and Cat provide top notch service. Our shih-tzu Zoe is not very social and is terrified of strangers, so I know they have their hands full with her. But she comes out beautiful every single time. I whole-heartedly recommend this place. Thank you and keep up the good work!
