Owner Maria and her other instructors are the very best I have ever encountered. I consider myself experienced in Pilates. Have attended studio classes all over the world. Most instructors either offer no challenge to the students or operate on auto-pilot. Never have I experienced the solid beneficial training offered at My Absolute Pilates. AND they offer chair class which in uncommon in many studios I have used. Highly recommend!

This pilates studio is friendly, the instructors are amazing as they know each students limitations and abilities. There are 3 types of machines...reformer, tower and chair. It is a smaller studio which offers more personalized instruction. I absolutely love the instructors who make pilates a true and careful workout.
