the nurses ( male and female) were very nice and had good moods. had no issues with job knowledge or performance. they made the stress test less stressful. they took good care of all the patients that I saw there.
The hospital stay was good. The offloading process (IE - me going home) was poor. The coordination was inconsistent and incomplete. In fact, 3 days later wh are dealing with how bad they dropped the ball
When I got to the front desk at Orlando health they checked me in then they sent me to registration registration help me get my scooter to the front desk so I could sign papers and they help me back out and turn around so the surgical nurse could take me to surgery.
The surgical nurses and everybody were extremely patient gentle and kind because I cannot get my clothes on and off without help so they helped me get into a gown and get comfortable on the bed make sure I had warm blankets and I was informed about what to expect during surgery.
The anesthesiologist said hi to me ask me a bunch of questions but did not explain to me what would it be happening in surgery...read full review
