Great service. Knowledgeable technicians
We needed an emergency visit for our A/C unit - the house was heating up and getting uncomfortable. We called three companies before MAC, all indicated the next day or the day after was the soonest they could get someone to our home. MAC let us know they could have someone that day - Larry was upbeat, courteous, intelligent, patient, and explained everything he was doing and why, and even cleaned up the puddle under the unit. We’re not calling anyone else, ever. Thank you, Larry and MAC!!!!
I highly recommend Mac 5 Services, I called them yesterday late in the day concerning a clogged toilet and Chris was at my house promptly 9am this morning. He was friendly, respectful of our home, cleaned up afterwards and throughly explained the problem and the solution. I will call them in the future if the need arises.
