Best thing about this place is the sweet doggie, Cypress. The lady at the front desk was nice. I know she’s just doing her job. $460 cash for unauthorized parking tow from parking lot across the street from Paradise Beach on Memorial Day is a bit excessive. Glad my 19 yo son has a job and was able to pay his own tow fee. Expensive life lesson, but I bet he’ll listen to his dad next time. Do not park where multiple signs say unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Top notch experience! Called them at 1:30am on a Friday morning stranded on Pineda Causeway. They answered the phone right away, were friendly and reassuring, were clear on pricing, and gave me an estimated time for pickup (which they beat by 30 minutes). The tow truck driver was friendly, got right down to business and got my car home. Pricing was exactly what they said. Today, Monday, I called. They answered right away. Same experience: friendly, clear instructions and pricing, estimated time was what they said. I had my car towed as I inadvertently parked in a tow-away area. After reading the negative reviews, I was a little nervous to pick up my car the next day. That being said, with regard to my experience, my calls to them were returned quickly, one of the employees quickly came to let me in so I could grab my personal belongings, and my car was in the exact condition I left it when I came to get it the next day. Obviously, try to not get your car towed like I did but if you do and its towed by Kendall, rest assured it will be kept safe and returned exactly as you left it.
