Received new shoes today and needed them altered before tomorrow. I went in to K Shoe Repair at 2:30 & picked up my perfectly altered shoes at 4:45!! Same day! Very impressed with their customer service and quality.
Every repair they have made for me has been awesome, from Chanel to Louboutins, - they were careful and cared for them..Karman is a true cobbler and LeeAnn is great and knowledgeable on so many aspects about taking care of purses, shoes and suitcase.
I had these shoes from Portugal that belonged to my great aunt and couldn't find it in me to donate them. Fortunately they fit and still look great except the soles and heel needed some fixing. So I called around for pricing. Many places wouldn't give prices/estimates over the phone, but K Shoe did and although a little higher than others they had great views and sometimes you get what you pay for! Not only did the shoes look great, but they knew I had a flight to catch in a few days and finished my shoes 2 days earlier than what they original quoted me. Just be careful that the price they give you can easily increase depending on what material and additional fixes you have done.
