Carmen was incredible to work with, and the store is beautiful. My husband designed my engagement ring with Carmen's help, and then a year later she helped me design the matching band. She was so easy to work with when I couldn't make up my mind, and ultimately helped me find the perfect balance in my unique wedding band. I had the pleasure of working with Carmen on the re design of my engagement ring. I had a custom design completed 10 years ago and after it couldn't be sized and the previous designer not in business anymore, I brought it to Concept hoping to have it redesigned into something more within my vision. Carmen was amazing! She worked with me on the design and took a ring, beautiful in its own way, and turned it into something amazing. It was exactly what I wanted. Her experience, vision, professionalism and patience, on top of everything else awesome about Carmen and her team, made this experience so easy, seamless, and I couldn't be happier.
