We were so pleased with the work J K Behan did with our previous new roof five years ago, that there was no question in using them again recently when our roof had to be replaced because of this past April’s unusual hail storm damage. They were quick in communication and were able to get us scheduled promptly to get the work going. I had to get my home in Melbourne re-roofed from damage by last September's hurricane. Of all the different roofing contractors I spoke with, JK Behan stood out from all of them. I am so glad I chose them. Had my roof done within 30 days of speaking with them, their excellent professional crew did an outstanding job. The area around my house was tarped to protect my shrubbery, and to catch all the debris and especially the nails. The completed the job in less than 3 days, and left my property immaculate. Behan Roofing replaced my roof in Cocoa recently and I am very pleased with the final product. It looks great and it was done promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a roof. It cost a little more than the estimate but they had to replace more wood than expected so it was no problem.
