The fence is great until it’s not. We had a technician come repair the lead wires and he had to do something to their collars so they stayed in the yard. With that said that night our female lost her prongs in which I immediately called the office which is in Tampa by the way and the lady stated she would send two sets out so that we could use the ones we thought were best. Called today to state we haven’t received them going on day two this lady said it would be three to five days. The lady I spoke to said two. Of course these days the customer is never right! I would recommend the fence but customer service sucks!

They were very professional from start to finish. We are very pleased that our dog can now run freely in our yard.
