Dr. McCranels is very thorough. He listens to your complaints. He's very caring and explains what he's doing and why. Every time I come to him, I feel better. His staff is very caring and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. McCranels and his staff. When I say thorough, I mean he shows you exactly what's going on.
