I went to Gateway yesterday for a 3:00 appt for a bilateral ultrasound of both legs due to swelling in my lower legs. Rhonda was the tech that performed the test. Very professional and friendly. She gave me my results immediately. My feet were so sore due to the swelling. I asked her to get transport to take me to my car. She went above and beyond because transport was unavailable. She got a wheelchair and wheeled me right to my car. That's what I call true customer service at it's best. Thank you Rhonda. You're what makes Healthfirst the best.
