It is hard to put into words the review I want to leave, but I can say I’ve never felt so much compassion from a healthcare facility as I have here. Even though it doesn’t seem possible, the employees manage to make a scary situation seem bearable. As soon as you walk in, the ladies at the front acknowledge you immediately and are kind through the check in process. I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and Dr. Green who made me feel calm and comfortable. I wish I could remember the ultrasound tech’s name because she was so comforting, but if you were in a biopsy at 9am on 9/22, please know that you are appreciated. Last but not least, Amanda. I had to get a breast biopsy done. I initially went August but I wasn't able to get through it. My anxiety prevented the Biopsy at that time. I was calm but the numbing medicine made my heart race. Dr. Fountain rescheduled me and I went this past Monday. Nurse Regina was so comforting and very personable. Dr. Fountain was very understanding and patient. She allowed me time to breathe through the rapid heart rate. Tracy the ultrasound technician held my hand through the process and helped me remain calm.
