Full Spectrum ABA is a Florida-based company that uses Applied Behavior Analysis to help children and young adults with developmental disabilities. They have over 200 ABA practitioners, including eight Ph.D.'s in ABA and Special Education who are Doctoral Level Behavior Analysts. The company is known for its caring and supportive work environment. Therapists describe the staff as a pleasure to work with and say they truly care about the well-being of each other, their clients, and their families. Full Spectrum ABA is dedicated to helping clients achieve greater independence and success in reaching their goals.
I do not know how other people feel about their employers, but as a therapist I can say with confidence that I work for the best ABA company in central Florida! I look forward going to work. The staff is a pleasure to work with and truly care for the well-being of each other, their clients, and families.
